Most people don't need a complex estate plan.  In fact, the typical client that Carole sees only needs a Will-based  plan, which includes powers of attorney and other important documents.  Call me to learn more about what's included in my will-based estate plans.

Trust-based plans are more complex and require more effort to establish and utilize correctly.  However, they work well for those with out-of-state property, blended families, or who want to prevent the probate of a will on their death. Call me if you think a trust-based plan is right for you.
